KVM Technology
KVM (Kernel-based Virtual Machine) is a full virtualization solution for Linux on x86 hardware containing virtualization extensions (Intel VT or AMD-V). It consists of a loadable kernel module, kvm.ko, that provides the core virtualization infrastructure and a processor specific module, kvm-intel.ko or kvm-amd.ko.
Using KVM, one can run multiple virtual machines running unmodified Linux or Windows images. Each virtual machine has private virtualized hardware: a network card, disk, graphics adapter, etc.
Console
We offer console access (KVM) to all virtual servers and you will be able to access your server when there's something wrong with the operation system or connectivity. It's provided on demand and it's only one click away from ION.

We have power control integrated with ION and you can perform any power related actions such as power on or off and reboot with one click.

The SLA (Service Level Agreement) covers our Virtual Servers. It clearly defines our promises and the quality of service you get. Also, the service credit provided in case guarantees are not met. We take uptime and reliability very seriously.
