Hardware solutions that enhance your experience

As your business grows, you will be needing a more complex setup for your hosting needs. You may look for more security with a Dedicated Firewall, Balance the traffic between your servers for more reliability and speed with a hardware Load Balancer or have a VPN appliance in order to prevent unwanted accesses.

Hardware solutions mentioned below, enhance your hosting experience in terms of Security, Reliability and Stability. We try to offer as many solutions as we can in order make your hosting experience better and so that you have no worries about the expansion of your business.

Load Balancing

A load balancer is a device that acts as a reverse proxy and distributes network or application traffic across a number of servers. Load balancers are used to increase the capacity (concurrent users) and reliability of applications. They also improve the overall performance of the application by balancing the load across the servers. Load balancers are Layer 4 or Layer 7. Load balancers ensure reliability and availability by doing health checks for servers and sending the request to one that responds in a timely manner.

Dedicated Firewall

We make your server more secure and protect it from attacks and malicious traffic by offering Juniper firewalls. A single piece of hardware can be used for multiple servers depending upon the numbered network ports. They can be used for VPN, IPS, Web filtering, Policy Management, Antivirus and Antispyware. A hardware firewall can be managed via a Web Interface, CLI or Network and Security Management (NSM).

VPN Appliance

Virtual private network (VPN) appliances use public telecommunication infrastructure such as the Internet to provide remote offices with a secure access to proprietary data. Most of them offer central management and multi-platform functionality to be used on various operation systems. VPN appliances are also compatible with essential network applications and legacy platforms. HugeServer offers Juniper and Array VPN appliances.

Private Switch

Private Switches are used to connect your dedicated servers with one another on a private network. Common uses include backing up servers between one another, connecting front-end web servers with back-end database servers and connecting Database Servers in a cluster. We offer various models from Juniper and Cisco. All servers should be placed in one small segment so that they can be physically connected to the Switch. Instead of having a Private Switch you have the option to use our own Private Network to interconnect your servers.

Private Network

An alternative solution to Private Switch for servers located in various locations is using our Private Network backbone. You can use as much bandwidth as you wish at no cost. It's more cost efficient than having a Private Switch when there are only a few servers. This solution is mostly used when you need low-cost data transfer between your servers.
