What Operating Systems do you offer?

Can I Null Route my server?
Yes, you will be able to instantly null route an IP for a desired period of time on ION. In computer networking, a null route is a network route that goes nowhere. It is like a black hole, meaning no one will be able to reach that IP anymore. -

How long should I wait to get my Dedicated server?
Your Dedicated Server will be ready in 24 hours after completion of the payment process. -

Are your colocation service available in all 3 locations?
All of our services are available in all of our 3 locations. All facilities are TIER III and beyond, Carrier neutral and enterprise ready. -

Are my Devices secure?
Surveillance cameras, Security policies, Biometric devices and Physical ID checks ensure that your equipment are in a secured space. All servers are located in locked cabinets. -

How can I send you my servers to colocate them?
After completing your order with Sales department, we will arrange a shipment to receive your hardware and set it up in the Datacenter. -

What if my colocated equipment fails?
The hardware failure of your colocated devices is your own responsibility. However we might have some spare parts in case, you can contact our sales team for that. -

What accessories do I have to send?
You should send us the pre-configured server itself and make sure that your equipment are rack-mountable. -

Can I get physical access to my equipment?
The physical access is only available if you have a full colocation rack in our Datacenter. Although we have 24/7 remote hand service, you may wish to walk in to the Datacenter and do the work yourself. No prior notification is needed, all you need is to have your access card and ID card with and you can enter the Datacenter 24/7.
