    Your dedicated server will be ready not any longer than 24 hours after you order confirmation. for custom dedicated servers or servers with hardware changes or upgrades, we will provide an ETA upon order confirmation. they may take up to 48 hours to be deployed.

    The longest you will have to wait for a virtual server including virtual private server or hybrid server is 25 minutes after order your confirmation the latest.

    The longest you will have to wait for a hardware replacement is two hours after it's confirmed by Technical Staff that the issue is broken hardware.
